Thank you for shopping at Amber Oude. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed.
  • We aim to dispatch all products within 1-2 business days on working days (Sunday to Thursday).
  • Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within 24–48 hours, depending on your location within the UAE.

Please note: Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates.
  • Same-day delivery available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
  • Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. We'll notify you in such cases.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above AED 200.
  • For orders below AED 200, a shipping charge of AED 15 will be applied at checkout.
  • Same-day delivery in Dubai & Abu Dhabi: AED 25 (Free on orders above AED 500).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation SMS and email with the tracking number and link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of placing the order.
  • ID verification required - Valid Emirates ID or passport needed for delivery.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • 3 delivery attempts will be made before returning the order.

Delays or Exceptions

While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, courier issues, security clearances, or high demand (e.g., during Ramadan, Eid) may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Fragrance Shipping Guidelines

  • All fragrances are securely packaged to prevent damage or leakage
  • Temperature-controlled delivery during summer months
  • Compliance with UAE shipping regulations for perfume products
