Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused fragrances only. Items must be in original packaging with all seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used fragrances
• Sample vials and testers
• Personalized or custom fragrances
• Sale items marked as final sale

Refund Process

Contact us at [email] within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are at customer's expense unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged Items

Report damaged items within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
